事業拡大および内部統制体制の整備に伴い、定款を全面的に改訂しました。
改訂後の定款は、公告方法を電子公告とし、会社運営の透明性および効率性を高める内容となっております。
Lustre Housekeeping G.K. has fully amended its Articles of Incorporation to reflect business expansion and updated internal governance systems.
The revised Articles designate electronic public notices as the official publication method and strengthen transparency and operational efficiency.
